Notifications for specific maps/gamemodes on specific servers

I'd like to suggest a new tab as part of the loadout that allows you to select certain gamemodes or maps for specific servers and get notified when they are on. The notification would be a simple noise, similar to how websites for TF2 comp generally ping you when a match is about to start. With this, you could leave the server during gamemodes/maps that you don't enjoy and have insurance that you won't miss out on whatever you do want to play. A potential issue, though, would be to actually select every map you want to whitelist/blacklist notifications on from the whole pool. It would be a pain in the ass if you liked about half of the maps on a specific gamemode, since you'd have to manually go through and choose what you want to be notified for, which could take forever on gamemodes with larger map pools. It would still be pretty convenient to have this, though, instead of checking what map's on every 5 minutes.

Wouldn't be feasible with the current setup.
As of this post, server info updates every 5 minutes on the site. Any notification service would be useless, especially if the vote is rocked and the map changed suddenly.
