a destructible map originally from Garry's Mod, ported to Team Fortress 2 as an arena map. felt like it'd make an interesting class warfare map.

cool stuff:
- fully destructible house (excluding frames and the control point, of course), allowing for unique ways to break into the point and defend/attack
- spawns that prevent immediate sniping, kinda ???
- getting stuck in breakables and props (it's not a bug, it's a feature)

known bugs:
- too many undestroyed breakables causes major lag. you can obviously just shoot/destroy more of the house to fix that, but still
this hasn't happened while testing it myself for some reason, if it comes back i'll update this
- stairwell is a bit of a bitch to get into. unsure why this is.
- buggyass lighting on the walls, although i don't think that's something that can be easily fixed

v1b - added props to help fix very obvious sightline after exiting spawn
v1a - fixed a info_observer_point that was on match summary, oops

- added some props to prevent a major sightline on leaving spawn

because of v1b, the middle of the map and near spawns looks a lot more interesting now imo

- the health/ammo pack update. ammo and health packs are spread around the house so you don't just end up running out of things
